Hi my name is Allan Jungman, I was born and raised in small town Saskatchewan, Canada. As a child I had a passion for building and creating and at an early age became aware that I was a visual hands on learner. At the age of 14 I got my first job and was introduced to the world of business, work ethic, and customer service. After high school I went to secondary schooling and obtained a degree in Electrical Engineering and began my career as a controls engineer for Suncor Energy in Northern Alberta. It was during my schooling that I met my wonderful wife, (She truly is the light house in my life.) and unbeknownst to me it was through this relationship that I would find what is now my passion - residential real estate. Her father was a very driven individual who would eventually become a very successful Realtor and he mentored me in the industry of residential sales, and partly the contracting business.

It wasn’t until my early to mid 20’s however that I would be introduced to the man who solidified my future. He was also an electrical engineer and my mentor in that field but he had a desire for learning and achieving his goals like nobody I had ever encountered before. It was this gentleman that opened my eyes to the possibilities that existed in the residential real estate world. It was he who lit the fire within me to venture into the world of development, construction, management and ownership of Real Estate.

In late 2005 we moved back to Saskatchewan where I worked for another engineering firm which mostly did commissioning and consulting work. After a year of constantly being on the road and away from my new family it began to take its tole on my attitude at work and I was eventually FIRED!! That is important to mention because it was a blessing in disguise and a major turning point that shaped my future. It was at that time I decided to start my own business and although I knew very little about the construction business or what owning my own business would entail, I did know without doubt that I no longer wanted to mindlessly go to work each day feeling unsatisfied and empty. What I wanted was to create and so my journey began.

Over the years of self education I obtained hands on experience in the many facets of the industry, I have built residential real estate from ground up, I own and manage multiple rental properties, and I have the experience to consult on the construction process in general, or on specific areas for those who choose to do it themselves but are uncertain on how or lack knowledge or skill. I am a passionate learner, and educator who has over 13 years of experience planning, designing, constructing and managing projects and properties. I love the Real Estate world and am passionate about helping others achieve their dreams.

Specific to construction I am proficient at building foundations, forming grade beams and pouring concrete. I am a skilled framer, insulator, drywaller, finisher, I am a keen installer of exterior finishes, roofing, flooring, cabinets, tile & railings. If its construction related there is a good chance I know how to do it or possess the skill set to solve the problem.

Administratively I have dealt with clients, timelines, schedules, and contracts over the years both good and bad. I have dealt with permits, zoning changes, inspections and inspectors and have worked with the cities and represented the client in a professional setting. 

I tell you all of this not to impress you but to impress upon you the reason our company is confident in its abilities to provide the quality and service people expect. Our team is confident because it is lead with priceless experience and a passion towards becoming better each and everyday.
